Who we are. Dreaming Tuscany LLC is a Nevada limited liability company that operates a membership-based travel services program. Our registered address is 7250 S Durango Dr #243, Las Vegas, Nevada 89113, USA.

Scope. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when you use dreamingtuscany.com, become a member, schedule Travel Week or Included Activities, receive monthly shipments, or contact us. It also explains your privacy rights and how the law protects you.
1) Key definitions
- Personal information means any information that identifies or relates to an identified or identifiable person. Under GDPR this is personal data. Under California law this includes personal information and sensitive personal information.
- Controller means the entity that decides how and why personal information is processed. For this site and the membership program, the controller is Dreaming Tuscany LLC.
- Processor or service provider means a company that processes information for us under contract.
2) What we collect
We collect information directly from you, automatically from your device and browser, and from service providers and partners who help deliver the membership benefits. The categories include:
- Name* — required to identify the person making the request;
- Email* — required to provide a reply or send requested information;
- Phone Number* — required to contact you directly if needed.
- Identity and contact data such as name, email address, phone number, postal address, age confirmation, and government identification data you choose to provide for travel or insurance purposes.
- Account data such as login credentials, membership status, preferences, and communications.
- Transaction and payment data such as amounts, currency, and payment method. Card numbers are processed by our payment processor and are not stored by us in full.
- Booking and itinerary data such as selected hotel, Travel Week dates, Included Activities, participants, and special requests.
- Member Guest and Member Child data such as names and ages needed to arrange lodging, activities, and insurance during Travel Week. A parent or legal guardian must provide the information for a minor.
- Shipment and logistics data such as fulfillment details and delivery address for monthly shipments of selected Tuscan goods.
- Insurance-related data as required to provide travel accident coverage during Travel Week.
- Communications such as emails, messages, and call notes, including records of consents and preferences.
- Technical and usage data such as IP address, device identifiers, browser type, pages viewed, and interactions collected through cookies and similar technologies. See our Cookie Policy for details.
- Marketing and survey data such as preferences, feedback, and your responses to promotions.
- Sensitive information that you choose to provide such as dietary, accessibility, or health-related details needed to support your travel requests. We process such information only when necessary and where a valid legal basis applies.

Our website also includes a contact form hosted by Jotform, accessible via a QR code displayed on certain pages or materials. This form allows interested users to request information or be contacted by our team.

3) Why we use your information and legal bases
Where GDPR, UK GDPR, or Swiss law applies, we rely on the following legal bases:
- Contract performance to create and manage your membership, process payments and refunds, schedule Travel Week and Included Activities, manage shipments, provide support, and administer insurance during Travel Week.
- Legitimate interests to operate, secure, and improve our services, prevent fraud and abuse, protect our rights, and communicate with members about similar products or services. We balance these interests against your rights.
- Consent for non-essential cookies and for marketing communications where required, and for processing any health or preference information you choose to provide that qualifies as special category data.
- Legal obligations to comply with tax, accounting, sanctions, and other laws, and to respond to lawful requests from authorities.
- Vital interests in rare emergencies during travel where processing is needed to help protect you or another person.
4) How we share information
We share information with trusted recipients under contracts that limit how they use the data. These recipients include:
- Service providers for hosting, customer support, communication tools, payment processing, security, analytics, and compliance.
- Travel and activity providers such as hotels, wellness and cooking class providers, and boat tour operators to fulfill Travel Week and Included Activities.
- Insurance partners to arrange travel accident coverage during Travel Week.
- Logistics and fulfillment partners to deliver monthly shipments of selected Tuscan goods.
- Professional advisors such as lawyers, auditors, and accountants.
- Authorities and regulators where required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security.
- Corporate transactions such as mergers, acquisitions, or asset sales where data transfer is part of the transaction.

5) International transfers
We are based in the United States and many of our providers are located in the United States or other countries. When we transfer personal information from the EEA, UK, or Switzerland to countries that do not provide the same level of protection, we use appropriate safeguards such as European Commission Standard Contractual Clauses and the UK Addendum. Where a provider is certified under an applicable data transfer framework, we rely on that certification when appropriate.
6) Retention
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described, including to meet legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. Typical periods are:
- Account and membership records for the life of the membership and for up to 6 years after closure.
- Booking and itinerary data for up to 7 years after completion of Travel Week.
- Shipment and fulfillment records for up to 6 years.
- Payment and tax records for 7 years or as required by law.
- Consent records for 5 years after the last interaction that required consent.
- Customer service messages for 3 years.
- Marketing preferences until you opt out or the data is no longer needed.
- Security and fraud logs for up to 2 years unless needed longer for investigations.
7) Children and minors
Membership is limited to adults who are at least 18 years old. We process limited information about a Member Child to arrange lodging, activities, and insurance during Travel Week, only with the consent and under the direction of the parent or legal guardian. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children.
8) Your rights
EEA, UK, and Switzerland
You have the right to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, and to object to processing based on legitimate interests, and to withdraw consent at any time. You can also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. We will respond within the timelines required by law.
California and other US states with privacy laws
Depending on your state, you may have the right to request access, deletion, correction, portability, to opt out of sale or sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising, and to limit the use and disclosure of sensitive personal information. To exercise these rights:

We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights. If we deny a request, you may appeal by replying to our decision. Nevada residents may opt out of the sale of covered information by emailing info@dreaming-tuscany.com with the subject line “Nevada Opt-Out”.

16) Additional notices for EU and UK users
Controller. Dreaming Tuscany LLC is the controller of your personal data. We have not appointed a Data Protection Officer. You can contact us using the details above. If we appoint an EU or UK representative under Article 27, we will update this policy to include their contact details.
Legal bases and right to object. If we rely on legitimate interests you can object for reasons related to your situation. We will stop unless we have compelling legitimate grounds or the processing is needed for legal claims. For direct marketing you always have the right to object.
International transfers. When we transfer data outside your region, we rely on appropriate safeguards as described above. You can request a copy of relevant transfer terms by contacting us.
